Your photos
Use portraits you have the right to upload, with permission from everyone depicted. Don't upload photos of minors without a parent's consent, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Payments, video credits and refunds
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. The checkout identifies the Merchant of Record and shows the total before you pay. See our refund policy for billing support and refund requests.
The available packs contain 1, 3 or 10 video credits for $8.99, $14.99 or $39.99 respectively, in USD. Each credit funds one new take. Purchases do not renew and unused credits have no scheduled expiry. Access is linked to your browser and private recovery link; keep that link secure. A confirmed generation failure restores the credit, rather than automatically refunding money. Contact support if a paid video cannot be delivered.
Every render can vary. Report a clear identity mismatch, missing person or substituted person within 7 days for support review. Any replacement or refund is confirmed after the result is checked; it is not automatic. A preference for another movement, framing or scene normally requires another video credit and does not by itself establish refund eligibility. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable Use Policy
Use this service only for lawful, consensual, non-sexual creative videos. You must have permission from every person depicted and the rights needed to upload and use your material. You must not upload, request, generate or distribute:
- Pornography, sexually explicit or NSFW content, nudity, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats, or material promoting violent harm.
- Hate speech, hateful symbols, targeted harassment, or discriminatory abuse.
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors.
- Deceptive or non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, or fabricated endorsements.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or other third-party rights.
Do not bypass moderation, conceal prohibited content inside uploaded images, or misuse another person's private video or credit link.
Content review, reporting and enforcement
The generator uses fixed scene prompts rather than unrestricted user-written prompts. Before generation, uploaded photos undergo automated content screening. Before a video is made downloadable, sampled video frames undergo an additional automated safety check. These checks can make mistakes and do not establish copyright ownership or consent. You remain responsible for your uploads and use of the result.
We may refuse a request, withhold or remove a video, disable a private result link, or suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud or legal requirements. A rejected generation returns its video credit; it is not an invitation to retry prohibited content. Checks with an uncertain outcome are held for review, without creating another video. If we discontinue access for reasons unrelated to your breach, you may request a refund of unused paid credits, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Report harmful content or an incorrect restriction to support@raindanceai.live. Include the relevant result link and a brief explanation. The operator reviews reports and appeals and can remove access to confirmed violations. Do not send illegal material as an email attachment.
AI providers and underlying models
This is an independent AI-generated video service. The current APIMODELS integration uses Veo 3.1 Fast for video generation (provider model identifier veo-3.1-fast-fhd), gpt-image-2.5-flare for the scene image, and gpt-6-sol for content screening. These are the model identifiers supplied by APIMODELS, our API provider. We do not claim to be an official application of these model providers. Model output may change faces, movement or detail. Review your video before sharing and use the social platform's AI-generated content label.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific creative outcome, or perfect accuracy in AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Where a liability limit is legally permitted, our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces your mandatory consumer rights.
Your video
Personal sharing and social posting are permitted subject to your rights in the source photo, the depicted person’s consent and platform rules. The output is a silent MP4 without a soundtrack or vocals. We do not grant rights to third-party music, likenesses or brands. For advertising or other commercial use, obtain the permissions your project requires.
