Data used to run your video request
We store uploaded portraits, generation task records, scene and video results, and purchase confirmations needed to deliver video credits. The checkout email and payment status may be included in billing records. Card details are handled by Waffo, not stored by this website.
An essential secure cookie links your browser to a random visitor identifier. This connects your uploads, jobs and credits without an account signup. Hashed network identifiers, temporary request limits and server access logs help control abuse. Do not share private result or credit-recovery links: possession of a link can grant access.
AI processing and reference links
APIMODELS processes reference photos for safety screening, scene-image creation and video generation. Sampled frames from the finished video are also checked before delivery. Current provider model identifiers are gpt-6-sol, gpt-image-2.5-flare and veo-3.1-fast-fhd. Processing involves sending the material to that provider, outside this website’s own server.
APIMODELS reference files use unlisted but publicly readable URLs with a 30-day expiry. Anyone who obtains a reference URL can view its file until expiry. These are not authenticated private storage links; do not submit sensitive portraits. We do not promise that the supplier has the same data practices as our own server.
This website does not sell uploads or use them to train models or target advertising. We do not add customer portraits or results to a public gallery. Public demonstrations use a separately created fictional adult portrait and are identified as examples.
Storage periods and deletion
Website uploads and generated result files expire after 30 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Browser sessions last 30 days. Expired request-limit records are cleaned up. Download your video before access ends; file availability and unused video credits are different things.
Purchase, credit, refund and operational records are retained as needed for delivery, disputes and accounting. A failed payment record is not automatically erased after 24 hours. Database backups rotate over seven days; uploaded and generated media are not included in those backups. Unused credits have no scheduled expiry. Save your recovery link or contact support with your payment receipt.
Payments, support and email
Waffo processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We use confirmation records to grant or revoke the corresponding credits and investigate billing issues. Support emails are handled through Microsoft 365. Only send information needed to explain your issue; never email card numbers.
Video delivery is through the private result page. Automatic video-completion emails are not enabled. Contact support for an earlier deletion request or a question about the processing of your data; we may need to verify ownership of the request and retain records required for legitimate billing or legal purposes.
Optional analytics
No optional analytics tracker is active in this installation. The preference control saves your choice in this browser; choosing Allow does not currently start Google Analytics. Essential cookies remain necessary for uploads and purchases. We do not send private photos, prompts, emails or result tokens to advertising networks.
