Try the preparation steps without a purchase
Watch the sample beside this guide, then open the generator. Upload one portrait, or two for a duet, choose a scene and check the previews. The photo preview displays your upload against a scene reference; it is not a generated preview of your face in the final video.
Preparing a job does not run the image or video model. If you have no paid credits, the next step shows packs and sends you to checkout. Generation begins after verified payment, not because a browser visits a success page.

Each take is an eight-second vertical silent MP4 without a watermark. There is no recurring charge. A different photo or scene in a new render uses another credit. Unused credits have no scheduled expiry; save the private recovery link provided with your result.
A failed render and a refund are different
If generation definitively fails, the system returns that video credit. If a supplier request is uncertain, it stays under review instead of automatically submitting another paid request. A credit return is not a cash refund.
For a clear identity mismatch, contact support within seven days for a review. Support checks the result before confirming any replacement or refund. Other billing issues are reviewed under the refund policy. We do not describe creative variation as a guaranteed free retry.
If you want to spend nothing
You can make an edit from a photo and footage you already own using an editor you already have. That does not generate a new AI pier scene, but it can create a photo-to-video reveal without buying a render here. Check the editor’s export conditions and use music you are allowed to publish.
